SrTiO3基钙钛矿结构X射线衍射谱特征

摘    要:通过对常规电子陶瓷工艺合成的Sr1-xCaxTiO3和Sr1-xPbxTiO3钙钛矿结构陶瓷进行研究X射线衍射谱特征、晶体结构和衍射强度I100/I110进行研究,并根据原子散射因子与衍射强度关系,提出用衍射强度I100/I110变化规律预测ABO3钙钛矿结构中置换A位离子种类的方法.

Abstract:The XRD pattern character, structure and relative diffraction intensity I_(100)/I_(110) of Sr_(1-x)Ca_xTiO_3 and Sr_(1-x)Pb_xTiO_3 ceramics with perovskite structure were investigated. The samples were prepared by using usual technique of the electronic ceramics preparation. Based on the relation between atomic scattering factor and diffraction intensity, we put forward a method to forecast the kind of ions on A site of the perovskite structure by using diffraction intensity I_(100)/I_(110) change of the solid solutions with ABO_3 perovskite structure.
