To advance the confirmation certification on the rural collective land is a significant task of registration and certification from the country , province and city .The main purposes are to let the farmers use and manage the land with certificates , to guarantee their primary interests.At the same time, it will have a remarkable significance to the mutual development of both the cities and country -side, reinforcing the development foundation of rural agriculture , promoting the bold innovation of management system on rural land and collective optimal land utilization .This paper carries a research on the registration of the rural collective land ownership and the development scheme of the management information system on the certification .
