宁夏平原绿洲生态经济系统的问题与调控对策

宁夏平原是我国绿洲主要分布地区之一。由于受传统开发模式的限制，其生态经济系统已产生了一系列的问题，如水资源供需矛盾日益突出，环境污染严重，人口压力过大和产业结构不合理等。要解决这些问题，就必须对绿洲生态经济系统进行调控。为此，本文提出了绿洲生态经济系统调控的具体措施。

PROBLEMS AND THEIR COUNTERMEASURES OF THE OASIS ECO-ECONOMIC SYSTEM IN THE NINGXIA PLAIN

Since oases are the areas where human activties are concentrated, their study is of mo mentous theoritical and practical significance in economic development and environmental op timization of arid lands. By comprehensive analysis of the oasis eco-economic system(OEES) in the Ningxia Plain, we can conclude:1. The oasis resources are very aboundant while ecological condltions are very poor.2. As a result of resources exploitation and economic development, there are many prob lems, such as supply-demand paradox of water resource, environmental degradation, fragile shelternet, high population pressure and irrational industrial structure.3. To resolve these problems, we must adjust and control OEES in the viewpoint of sys tein. Therefore, a series of countermeasures have been put forward. These countermeasures are: (1 )using water resources rationally and effectively, and establishing a water-saving in dustrial system; (2 ) maintaining water-salt balance, and preventing soil salinization ;(3 ) strengthening shelterbelt network; (4)adjusting industrial structure; (5 )preventing and con trolling environmental pollution; (6)controlling population quantity, and improving popula tion quality.
