海洋内波对多波束测深的影响

摘    要:分析了内波对多波束测深精度影响的两种机理,并指出测线方向与内波传播方向的夹角不同,多波束测深受到影响的程度也不相同。通过对实测数据的分析,获得了内波的规模、波长、运动方向等基本特征,以及初步了解了内波对多波束测深、调查船航迹线、船速等方面产生的影响。该研究结果可以用于指导野外多波束测量遇到内波时的应对措施,以及利用多波束测深系统对内波进行进一步的研究。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the effect of oceanic internal waves on the accuracy of multibeam echosounding through two mechanisms, and indicates that different angle between the survey line and the direction of internal wave propagation result in different influence on multibeam echosounding. We can obtain the basic characteristics of the internal waves, such as the size, the wavelength and the direction of movement by analyzing the multibeam data. Also, we can get a preliminary understanding of the internal waves' impact on the multibeam data, the ship track lines and the vessel velocity. The result of this study can be used to guide how to deal with internal waves in field surveys, and carry on further studying on internal waves by multibeam sounding system.
