基于ArcObjects的房地产三维导购系统的研制

利用采集到的楼盘相关图形、图像、属性数据,运用虚拟现实建模技术,编程实现了基于ArcObects的房地产三维导购系统.研究了对销售楼盘所在区域进行快速建模的技术方法,建立了楼盘的室内外虚拟仿真环境.利用地理信息系统工具,实现了对虚拟仿真环境进行空间管理和简单查询分析.

Research on 3D guide purchase system of real estate based on ArcObjects

With the collected the relief maps, aerial photos, plane blue prints and attribute data of the research building, and the application of virtual reality modeling technique, the 3D guide purchase system of real estate based on AreObjects is programmed. Technical method of quick modeling around the selling building area is researched and the virtual enviroment of inside room and outside room is built. Thus, the space management and single query analysis for the virtual environment is realized by the application of GIS tools. Using this system, consumers can get rid of limitation of dry advertisement and purchase house reasonably in the virtual building environment.
