迁都——中部崛起的重要途径

中部是中国的脊梁，中部崛起是中华民族振兴的关键。但到目前为止，中部崛起还只是一句口号，既没有取得突破性的进展，也没有找到合适的途径。文章运用逻辑推理方法，结合古今中外的典型事实，论述了中部崛起与迁都之间的内在关系；指出中国迁都的必要性和可行性，提出迁都是中部崛起的重要途径甚至唯一捷径的论断；并运用定量方法对迁都位置进行了科学选择，认为豫鄂两省交界处的南襄盆地是建立新都的最理想位置；阐述了迁都的其他意义和应注意的问题。

Moving the Capital——The Important Approach for Growing up of Central Area of China

Central area is the spine of China,and the growing up of central area is crucial for prosper of all Chinese nation.But until now,the growing up of central area of China is just a catchword and there are neither any reachable progresses nor any adaptable approaches.By adopting logic rational methods and combining with typical facts at all times and in all over the world,this article discussed the inherent relationship between the growing up of central area and capital movement,and then pointed out the necessity and feasibility of moving capital of China.The author came out that moving the capital is an important approach,even the only shortcut for the growing up of central area of China.What's more,it adopted quantificational methods to make a scientific selection of new capital.As a result,Nanxiang basin which lies in Hanshui river valley is regarded as a ideal location for building up the new capital.It set forth significances of the capital moving and the problems needed pay attention to.
