| 摘 要： | 本文以西部开发聚焦在城镇为前提,通过对西藏自治区人口、交通和经济等基础条件的分析,根据城镇发展的规模、地域差异及发展阶段等现状,提出西藏小城镇的发展适宜选择跳跃式的模式,并阐述了以四个城镇发展中心为主体的具体布局构想。

| Abstract: | Based on that the deep development of the western regions focuses on the cities and towns, the natural conditions in Tibet such as population, communication and economy etc were analyzed. According to the situation of urban development in Tibet, it was suggested that the development of cities and towns of Tibet may choice the model of the leap-forward development. At last, the details of design about urban development were comprehensively stated in Tibet. |
