| 摘 要： | 本文首先简要介绍ArcGIS Server和Skyline软件的特点和技术优势,然后重点从二三维数据的组织、存储、显示、更新、分析等方面进行研究,在Web上实现了二三维联动以及与Web服务的无缝集成,最后以国土资源三维管理系统为例,阐述了基于这种二三维一体化的体系结构实现与国土业务系统集成,为国土资源科学管理和有效决策提供辅助支持。
