| 摘 要： | 概述了城市防灾信息系统的构成，简要介绍了总控模块在防灾系统中的作用，阐述了总控模块在系统中对各子系统的调度、协调、监控、传递信息以及交换数据等功能。并提出了构建总控模块所应包含的内容。
