低煤阶煤产气量的pH和Eh控制

摘    要:对采自山西焦煤集团沙曲煤矿的低煤阶煤样,开展了不同pH、Eh条件下煤层生物甲烷生成模拟实验,分析了pH、Eh对低煤阶煤产气量的影响。实验结果表明,当pH为7、Eh为-225 mV时有利于甲烷生成;以所得最佳实验条件进行产气量模拟,获得沙曲煤的最大甲烷产气量为13.799 mL/g;随反应时间延长,生成气体中甲烷含量逐渐增高,氮气含量逐渐降低,二氧化碳含量先增高后减小。

The control of pH and Eh of the gas production of low rank coal
Abstract:Simulation experiments of biomethane generation of the coal samples of low rank taken from Shaqu mine were carried out under condition of different pH, Eh, and the influence of pH, Eh on gas production of low rank coal was analyzed. The results of the experiments indicated that it was favourable to methane generation when pH is 7 and Eh is -225mV. The gas production was simulated under the best experimental conditions, obtaining that the maximum CBM biggest production of Shaqu coal was 13.799 mL/g; With the extension of reaction time, the concentration of methane increased gradually, while the concentration of nitrogen reduced gradually, and the concentration of carbon dioxide increased firstly and then decreased.
