| 摘 要： | 对宁南山区自然环境和社会现状进行了分析,探讨了该区发展的根本制约因素,在详细分析该区人口现状、各年份人口数量及其分布变化特点的基础上,提出了在开发宁南山区和解决贫困问题的过程中,必须实施在有效控制人口增长基础之上的可持续发展模式,即大力发展文化教育事业、抓好生态移民工作、开发人力资本、加快地域优势资源开发利用及转变和提高人们思想观念.

| Abstract: | Firstly, the author analyzed the natural environment and social actuality, discussed the relationship between people and resources. And then, analyzed the present condition of population, the distribution and change of population in this area in several different years. Finally, concluded that great attempts must be made to overcome the problem of population increasing and the unbalanced human-land relationship. In the same time, more attention should be paid to the educational system in order to build the sustainable development of environmenti population and resources. |
