| Abstract: | The deficiencies in the GIS based earthquake disaster reduction information system are reviewed in this paper. The main methodology for designing WebGIS based earthquake disaster reduction information system is described. As a demonstration, Daqing Oilfield information system is built. The function modules , design method and application example of this system are illustrated . |
