| 摘 要： | 欠发达地区国土勘测事业目前普遍不能适应形势发展需要,缺少业务指导和激励机制。从加强业务能力建设和做好土地管理基础业务技术支撑出发,建议整合国土勘测队伍,改变体制,加强国土信息建设。

| Abstract: | Most land survey institutes in underdeveloped areas are in need of professional guidance and inspiriting mechanism.It is difficult for them to meet the new requirements.This paper suggests to recombine the surveying team,in order to improve their professional skill and provide better technical support.Management of land information may be strengthened by system reforming. |
