陕北延河流域水土资源承载力评价研究

摘    要:基于陕北延河流域2000-2009年的水土资源相关数据,依据《国家人口发展功能区工作技术导则》中对水土地资源承载力的测评模型,计算流域水土资源承载力和承载指数,并对比评价了流域各区县的水土资源承载现状。结果表明:①延河流域各区县的水资源承载状况均为超载,其中延长县和志丹县为过载,宝塔区和安塞县为严重超载。②延河流域各区县的土地资源承载状况存在一定的地域差异性,其中宝塔区和延长县的为严重超载,安塞县和志丹县的为平衡有余。研究可为水土资源在县域之间、省际之间等不同级别行政区域中的合理均衡和分配提供科学依据。

Abstract:It is based on water and land resources relevant data in recent years in northern Shaanxi Yanhe watershed,according to ’National technical guidelines for functional zones of population development’,we choose appropriate water resources and land resources carrying capacity evaluation models to calculate water and land resources carrying capacity and carrying capacity index,and analyze the present situation of water and land resources carrying capacity in each district and county of Yanhe watershed.The results show that: ①The water resources carrying status of the counties in Yanhe watershed all belong to the water resources overload zone,and that of Yanchang and Zhidan are overloaded,while that of Baota and Ansai are seriously overloaded.②The land resources carrying status of the counties in Yanhe watershed present different among these regions,and that of Baota and Yanchang are both seriously overloaded,that of Ansai and Zhidan are surplus than the balance.The study is very important for holding the water-land use directions and the ecological management emphasis.efficient use of water and land resources,effective protection and comprehensive improvement.
