建设工程招标工作现状、存在问题及应对思路

本文从招标投标工作取得的成绩入手,分析了目前招投标工作存在的问题。从严格招标代理机构管理、加强招标文件和合同备案管理、规范评标专家评标行为、推行量化评分办法、建立投标人诚信档案、畅通投标人报名渠道,规范投标资格预审工作等方面提出了加强和改进工程招标投标监管工作的思路。

Current situation,existing problems and countermeasures in the bidding

This paper presents the achievement of the bidding, analyzes the problems that exists in the bidding. Then it recommends the ideas of improving the administration of the bidding that we should reinforce the supervision of bidding agency, bid document and contract record, normalize bidding evaluation experts, develop the method of marking, establish credit archives of bidders, ensure potential bidders have the right to enter into the bidding and standardize pre-qualification of the bidding.
