| 摘 要： | 综合考虑通信质量、网络环境、数据保密、系统安全等多方面的因素,设计了结合GIS、GSM以及GPS的移动目标监控系统,采用车载GPS保密通信方案,并详细分析了系统的功能特点及应用前景。

| Abstract: | Considering synthetically communications quality, network condition, data secrecy, system security and so on, it is designed mobile target monitoring system combined GIS, GSM and GPS, which uses the project of vehicle GPS secrecy communications and details the function and the application of this system responding to the mobile targets. |
