| 摘 要： | 教学理念与教学方法的创新可以提高大学生德育教学的质量。作者在教学实践中应用了社会学群体动力理论 ,提出了教学过程中的两种转换 :一是教师身份的转换 ,即授课者由教师角色转换成班集的群体领袖 ;二是教育对象的转换 ,即授课者将教育对象由单个学生组成的班级组织转换成整体的班集群体。通过转换 ,形成良好的群体情境和氛围 ,从而在教学中发挥群体动力的积极作用。

| Abstract: | The reform of the teaching method can improve the quality of College Moral Education Teaching. The author applies the theory of group dynamics sociology and put forward two changes: one is the change of teachers' arole; the other is the change of educated trainees. These changes can form a better group environment to develop the active function of the group dynamics in teaching. |
