黄河中游区域地学环境特点．问题及整治措施

本文首先论述了区域自然环境的复杂性，气候干旱少雨，水气分布不均匀性，植被发育过程度低，显著差异性，生态环境脆弱性，侵蚀作用异常强烈性等特点，其次，讨论了关于水土流失可治理限度和重点问题，关于沙漠化作用评估，关于人为地区域生态－地 质环境影响问题；水资源匮乏，水量分布不均制约区域经济的重要问题等，最后，提出了整治原则和措施（建议）。

Regional geo-environmental problems in the middle of the Yellow River

First, the complex of regional natural environment is discussed, including drought and uneven rain distribution, bad vegetation development, ecological environmental frailty, strong erosion etc.. Second, the environmental problems faced in the regional development are discussed, including the harness limit of soil erosion and major problems, the effect evaluation of desert and harness feasibility, the effect on the ecological geological environment of human activity etc.. Finally, the harness principle and measure are put forward.
