According to the paper,it is probable to reveal some suggestions on the building of electronic document management system for the corporations of survey and design base on my own working experiences. It will include how to collect,arrange and manage documents base on the establishment of data management system. Moreover,it will conclude how to automatically manage document recourses and storage document data,and how to manage these data base on network.. All of these may be helpful for the establishment of electronic document management system.
