| 摘 要： | 通过对额济纳绿洲生态环境退化及其原因分析,认为合理分配和综合治理水资源是遏制生态环境退化的必要手段。为维护生态环境良性发展,对黑河下游的人口数量、载畜量、工农业用水等方面进行合理的分配,旨在为下游的生态环境恢复、综合治理该地区的工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | The essay introduced the natural condition and degradation phenomenon in Ejina oasis, including decline of ground water level, drying-up of lake, spring and well, deterioration of water quality, degradation of vegetations, decreasing of plants and animals, desertification, salinization and alkalization of land. Through the investigation in Ejina oasis area, it is supposed that both natural and human factors took the important role in degradation of ecological environment, and rational distribution and comprehensive control of water resources are the necessary to stop the degradation of ecological environment. |
