对虾育苗生态防病研究

摘    要:真菌(Fungi)、弧菌(Vibrio)、原虫(Protozoa)在对虾育苗阶段危害很大,直接影响到育苗的成败,常规防病方法是用昂贵的抗菌素药物,而本试验在育苗池不下任何药物,从生态学方法,试验池采用投放细基江篱繁枝变种(Gracilaria tenuistzbitata),旨在改善水体环境,减少对虾池之紧迫(Stress)因子的发生,达到生态平衡。创造不利于细菌(Bacteria)、原虫等的生态环境,有利于虾苗的生长发育,因此出苗率提高10.42%,每立方米水体多收入41.67元。试验结果表明,生物生态防治虾苗病是较为理想的措施,既节省成本又具经济效益。

Abstract:The damage of Fungi and Vibro sp. and Protozoa was so great that they directly affect the success or failure of Penaeus hatchery. Antibiotic medicines are used in those old methods, but they are usually very expensive. The aim of this experiment was to search for a new ecological prevention fashion. According to the principle of ecological balance, we use Gracilaria tenuistibitata f. liui in test pond to improve the water condition, creating an environment which is ret suitable for Bacteria and Protozoa to live in; then attaining a new ecological balance. The results show that the increasing growth ratio in the test pond attained 10.42%, 15roduct value perm~3 is increasing by 41.67 Yuan, the prevention effect is remarkable.
