| 摘 要： | 基于关系型数据库(RDBMS)的空间数据的存储和管理，目前已经成为构建GIS的主要技术。本文将结合“上海市基础地理信息系统”的构建，叙述基于ORACLE数据库管理系统的GIS的实现过程以及一些需要注意的问题。
