| 摘 要： | 在考虑购物中心选址过程中和顾客出行时间约束情况下,考虑步行出行和公交出行两种方式,建立以出行时间为约束的人口集中度最大的购物中心选址模型,利用ArcGIS中空间分析相关功能,可快速求解购物中心选址问题。分析表明,该方法具有较好的实用价值。

| Abstract: | In the course of site selection of shopping centers with time limited,regarding two ways such as walking trip or transit trip,setting up the site selection model for the shopping center with the maximal concentration of population and taking the travel time as the constraint,using the spatial-analysis-related function in ArcGIS could solve the problem about site selection of shopping center quickly.And the empirical analysis confirmed that this method has a better practical value. |
