| 摘 要： | 当下我国行政审批制度改革,事权下放,全国部分城市开始试行行政审批与技术审查相分离。在此背景下,信息化测绘"一站式"精准服务规划管理审批整个流程也就成为可能。本文分析了规划测量服务规划管理的现状,并在此基础上通过实例,探讨了在信息化测绘体系下,如何运用技术手段达到既有测绘信息的整合、挖掘和利用,从而实现精准服务规划管理。

| Abstract: | The reform of our country's government review and approval has been in progress now.Some cities start trying to separate the technical work from administrative work.In this background, Geo-informatics could possibly participate in the whole process of planning administration.Based on analyzing the present situation of planning survey, this paper has discussed how to integrate, mine and utilize the existed survey information in the Geo-informatics system by technical means, to accurately server the planning administration. |
