地理国情的地质灾害危险性评价

针对江西省地质灾害频发而灾前防治、灾中应急和灾后重建又不足的现象,该文提出了构建地质灾害危险性评价模型。在评价模型中,以地质灾害与环境的关系和地质灾害的潜在影响为评价因子;采用层次分析法确定各评价因子的权重,从而计算地灾点的危险等级;采用定性与定量相结合的方式给出评价结论。该文首次将地质灾害与地理国情普查信息和相关的社会经济数据相结合,综合客观地展示了灾害危害程度。

Research on geological disaster's safety evaluation based on geographical conditions information

This paper points at the occurrence of geological disasters in Jiangxi province and insufficient phenomenon of disaster prevention,disaster emergency response and reconstruction,puts forward the construction of geological hazard risk assessment model.In the evaluation model,uses the potential impacts of geological hazards and the relationship with environment as the evaluation factors;uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of each evaluation factor,calculates the risk level of disaster points;provides evaluate conclusion using a combination of qualitative and quantitative method.In this paper,the geological hazards,geographical conditions information and related social and economic data are combined;the degree of disaster damage are revealed comprehensively and objectively,which can support for disaster prevention and mitigation decisions.
