地震现场应急便携式单兵通讯系统的建设与应用

摘    要:震后在地震现场快速搭建网络环境、建立通讯连接,及时将现场资料共享给后方指挥中心对地震现场救援和灾害损失调查具有重要意义。以北京市地震局应急指挥中心现场单兵通讯系统建设为例,简要概述地震现场传统通讯系统基本情况,并分析单兵通讯系统的优缺点及未来的应用模式。结合地震应急及模拟演练等实际应用案例,验证便携式单兵通讯系统的可行性。

Abstract:After an earthquake,guaranteeing real-time data transmission,communication and network environments from the earthquake site to the rear command center is important to earthquake rescue and disaster loss investigation.Taking the Seismic Emergency Command Center of Beijing Earthquake Administration as an example,this paper briefly summarizes the situation of our traditional communication system and portable individual communication system,and analyzes their advantages and applications.Combined with some practical applications such as earthquake emergency and simulation exercises,this paper explores the feasibility of a portable individual communication system.
