摘    要:随着信息技术的发展和普及,三维地理信息系统在电力生产中的使用范围越来越广泛。在传统的三维空间辅助选址系统中,若想获得更准确的选址结果就必须建立精度相当高的三维空间模型。这直接导致的结果就是数据成本的增加,和大量无关区域高精度数据的浪费。本论文为了解决以上问题,达到在高选址精度的前提下,有效配置资源、提高数据使用效率的目的,在传统一般选址技术的基础上,使用点云扫描技术,采用对重点关注区域进行高精度二次选址的方法,大大提高了选址作业的效率和精确性。

Abstract:With the development and popularization of information technology,3D GIS are more widely used in electricity generation.To get a more accurate location results in the auxiliary location system of the traditional three-dimensional space,we must be built to very high precision three-dimensional model.This will increase the cost of data directly,and a large number of independent regional high-precision data.To solve this problem and to achieve the purpose of efficient allocation of resources,improve the efficiency of data under the premise of the high location accuracy usage,This thesis is based on traditional general location technology,used laser point cloud scanning technology,high precision secondary site focus on the regional approach,greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of the site operations.
