| Abstract: | Qinghai_Xizang Plateau acts as the river's resource and ecological resource of our country and south Asia; its ecological environment not only forms the base of local socio_economic development, but also influences the environment and socio_economic development of the neighboring regions. Protecting and constructing ecological environment is of great significance for the stability of socio_economy and sustainable development. This paper analyzed the problems and developing trend of ecological environment, divided the ecological environment into 4 constructing areas, and proposed constructing countermeasures for each area. |
