城市化与城市土地利用效率的时空耦合关系——以长江中游城市群为例

基于主成分分析法、耦合理论和DEA模型对长江中游城市群2005—2014年城市化情况和城市土地利用效率耦合度进行定量评价,然后用ArcGIS对其空间分布进行成图分析。结果表明:耦合度是逐年提高的,由弱耦合转化为强耦合,然后又进入了更高发展阶段的低耦合状态,并继续循环。耦合度与城市等级相关,等级越高,波动性越小,这是由城市所处的城市化阶段、土地利用的合理与否决定的。

Research on Spatiotemporal Development and Coupling of Urbanization and Urban Land Use Efficiency:Taking the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River Urban Agglomeration as an Example

Based on principal component analysis,coupling theory and DEA model,the urban and urban land use efficiency coupling degree of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in 2005-2004 is quantitatively evaluated,and then its spatial distribution is analyzed by ArcGIS.Results showed that:the coupling degree was improved year by year,from weak coupling to strong coupling,and then enters the low coupling state of higher development stage,and then cycles down again.The degree of coupling is related to the city level,the higher the level,the smaller the volatility,which is related to the urbanization stage and the rational use of land use.
