摘    要:NO2-容易和二级胺反应生成致癌物质.现行的NO2-的测定方法灵敏度不高,采用对氨基苯甲醛与NO2-发生重氮反应后,与盐酸萘乙二胺偶联,最后用微珠法目视比色,方法灵敏度高,选择性强,最低检出限为2 ng,可用于地表水、土壤及食品提取液中NO2-的测定.

THE APPLICATION OF MICROBEAD COLORIMETRIC METHOD TO EXAMINATION OF NO2 IN WATER SAMPLE

Abstract:NO2 is easy to react on secondary amine and form the carcinogen. The sensibility of present NO2 examination method isn't high enough. We apply the diazo reaction of NO2 with para aminotenzaidehyde, then coupling with NETH, last visual colorimetry by microbead method. The sensibility of this method is high, selectivity intense, the minimum detection limit 2 ng, which can be applied to NO2 examination of surface water, soil and food abstraction fluid.
