| 摘 要： | 本文研究利用空间句法与GIS集成工具Axwomen对城市形态进行分析研究,揭示空间句法形态、分析变量集成度与基准地价的关系.以黄石市为例,分析集成度与商业基准地价的相关关系,建立回归模型.结果表明两者具有强相关性,依据集成度数值可对基准地价成果进行优化和骑证,但利用其预测地价时需综合考虑其他因素.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the relationship between the integration which is one of variables of space syntax and the standard land price based on the output of Axwomen which is one free software integrated by space syntax and GIS.Taking Huangshi as an example,this paper made the correlation analysis based on which the regression model was built.The result showed that there is significant correlation between them according to which the standard land price could be verified and optimized.When forecasting the future land price based on these results,the other elements should be considered. |
