Shared services for Government Affair Electronic Map of Beijing

In order to meet the requirements for electronic government affairs and the geographical information sharing,the research on the Government Affair E-map was put forward.In this paper,the data standard and compilation technology of the Government Affair E-map were expounded firstly.Considering its sensitivity and application status,the general technical proposal which was used to share the Government Affair E-map by using Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) and Web services technology was advanced as well.Finally,the method and process of making the map services and the technology of issuing the map services were expounded concretely,which could be used to achieve the sharing services on the government exclusive net.
