| Abstract: | In order to change traditional work mode of public facilities inspection system,this paper put forward a new work flow which integrates information collection,information transmission and data input.This article used the ArcGIS Server Mobile SDK to develop the public facilities inspection system based on Mobile GIS.The paper mainly illustrated how to realize system functions on the basis of system analysis and design.Using the components and the class libraries provided by ArcGIS Mobile,all the system functions were realized by the c#.net programming.The system was validated using Shenyang partial public facilities data as an example,and the results showed that the system ran steadily,functions was complete,data real-time transferred accurately,which could satisfy the need of public facilities patrol in mobile environment. |
