| Abstract: | The acquisition and transmission of all kinds of information in earthquake site is an important work of emergency command elements,the relevant disaster information is an important basis in earthquake disaster reduction for governmental decision-making.Post-earthquake disaster information classification and coding were studied in the paper,the temporal and spatial characteristics of the disaster information were explored,T-GIS in the work of earthquake disaster information acquisition and dissemination was described.Collection and management model of spatio-temporal earthquake disaster information based on SMS was proposed in the base state with amendments based on the spatio-temporal data model and functions of the information retrieval and query were achieved with ArcGIS. |
