基于Web的人口普查地图标绘系统的设计与实现

本文根据人口普查地图制图的需求,从系统架构、功能设计等方面介绍了基于Web的人口普查地图制图系统的设计方案,讨论并解决了人口普查地理区域划分、人口普查地图在线绘制、人口普查地址编码等关键技术问题。该系统主要功能包括标绘底图制作、地图(点、线、面)标绘和符号化、标绘成果审核、地图打印、权限控制等,能够完全满足人口普查地图绘制中的区域划分及建筑物等地形地物和要素名称的标绘。如在第六次全国人口普查中得到应用,将能够首次实现全国"一幅图"的精细到调查小区级别的数字化人口基础地理数据框架,进而大大推进中国人口普查工作和数据分析的现代化进程,为充分发挥人口普查数据的作用和价值提升打下基础。

Design and Implementation of Web-based Census Cartography System
