PDC钻头对岩屑录井的影响及对策

摘    要:PDC钻头对地层独特的切削及研磨作用,使返出地面的岩屑极为细碎,代表性差,对传统的岩屑录井提出了挑战,目前尚无很好方法来克服这些困难。在濮深6井实际岩屑录井中,我们通过与邻井同层段地层对比,取心井段对照检验,PDC钻头与牙轮钻头交替使用等方法,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:By special cutting and grinding action of PDC drilling bits on the formation, the debrises returned to the surface are very clastic and are not representive.This is a challenge to traditional debris recorder well. At present there is not any good ways overcoming those difficults. In the debris recorder wells of six Pushen wells, we have got good results by comparing same strata next to the wells, checking coring well sections and using PDC drilling bits and roller-cutter bits alternately.
