| 摘 要： | 本文报告了有完整资料的新生儿缺血性脑病１００例，就其发病机制，ＣＴ表现特点及其两者的关系进行分析，讨论详细叙述了新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病ＣＴ图像上的一个直接征 和三个间接发征象。并将本病分为四级，作者认为ＣＴ应作为本病的首选检查。

| Abstract: | The CT findings of 100 cases of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy with complete clinical materials were reviewed.The CT findings were analySed on the bases of etiology and pathology'One direct sisn and three indirect sisns on CT are also discussed' According to the observations,the CT findinss can be classified into four types.The authors propose that CT should be the first selection in examination. |
