摘    要:本文研究三种植物生长调节剂对4种饵料微藻的生长、叶绿素含量、细胞大小、干重及氨基酸含量的影响;结果表明:丰产素,2,4—D对叉鞭金藻,青岛大扁藻有显著的促进生长作用,尤其是在低温下也能有效地促进其生长,并能保持其营养价值。

Abstract:The influence of three plant growth regulators on the growth of four species of marinemicroalgae-Dicrateria sp., platymonas helgolandica var. tsingtaoensis, Phaeo-dactylum tricornutum and Chaetoceros muellens-was studied. The cell number, size,dryweight and the content of chlorophyll and amino acid of these m icroalgae were measured. The results show that the compound plant growth regulator Feng Chan Su and 2,4-dichloroph-enocyactetic acid can significantly increase the growth of Dicrateria anb Platymonas, especially at low temperatures, and the nutritive value of these microalgae can be maintained.
