桐梓大竹坝井田C3煤层理化特征及工艺性能

大竹坝井田全区可采煤层C3,宏观煤岩类型主要为半亮型粉煤,其次为半暗型、半亮型块煤。煤种为中灰中高硫特低磷高热值贫煤。煤层瓦斯含量较高,且具有突出危险性,煤尘具有爆炸性,煤的自燃趋向性等级为Ⅰ级,属“容易自燃”煤层。伴生矿产硫铁矿分散在含煤岩系之粘土岩中,富集程度差,现阶段开采利用较为困难;其它稀散有益元素均达不到现阶段工业利用要求。具有低强度、低还原率、极易磨、弱结渣、高热稳定性、高熔灰分、中等可选的工艺性能。

Physical and Chemical Characteristics and Processing Property of C3 Coal Seam at Dazhuba Coal Field in Tongzi

In the mineable C3 coal seam at Dazhuba coalfield,macroscopic type mainly consist of semi-bright fine coal,secondarily semi-dull and semi-bright lump coal.The coal type is a meager coal with middle fly ash,middle-high sulfur,low phosphor and high heat value.Gas content within the coal seam is high and shows significant risk,coal dust takes on explosiveness,and spontaneous combustion tendency is I grade which belong to the coal seam of easy spontaneous combustion.Pyrite cinder of associate minerals is scattered within the claystone of coal-bearing rock series,with poor level in concentration make it difficult in exploitation presently.Other rare and eispersed beneficial elements are below the current requirements of industrial exploitation.The processing property show low intensity,low recovery,extremely grind,weak slag bonding,high heat stability,high melt ash content and middle dressing,
