| Abstract: | A public auction trial of the mining right has been determined in Liuhe District since 2002,in order to seek after circulation regularity and characters of mining right market, and to boost its construction and development, to improve administrial level for the mineral resources in Manjing. The experiment shows that it is very important for the rectification of mining industry and sustainable growth and utilization pf mineral resources to establish and develop mining right market. Some suggestions for example, the storage of mining right and the systematic construction of mining ritht market are put forward in accordance with the practical situation in Nanjing. |
