| 摘 要： | 房产面积测量是加强城市产权产籍管理、开发管理、交易管理和拆迁管理服务的重要环节,也是进行城市建设和管理必不可少的基础资料。本文根据作者工作经验,介绍了房产面积测量和规划验收建筑面积测量的区别以及房产测量中面积测算问题的几点体会。
