| 摘 要： | A model for evaluating pollutant concentrations near the ground is developed. The main advantages of the model are its ability to estimate the distribution and variation of ground concentration under non-uniform or unsteady wind field with minimal computations and the elimination of numerical pesudo-diffusion. |
