| 摘 要： | 首先，对气象行政办公邮件（Lotus Notes）系统进行了简单介绍；然后从用户管理、数据库管理、服务器管理等3个方面。时江西气象行政办公电子邮件的系统维护和管理进行了详尽的阐述；最后针对系统运行过程中的一些常见故障，进行了细致的分析，并提出了具体的解决办法。
