摘    要:对三江平原草甸沼泽土壤不同土地利用方式,小叶章(Calamagrostis angustifolia)草甸、旱田和退耕地的土壤硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)数量及土壤pH、氧化还原电位(Eh)进行测定分析。结果表明,3种土地利用方式土壤硫酸盐还原菌数量(QSRB)均为10—30cm深度土壤高于0~10cm深度,且相同深度水平下,QSRB旱田〉QSR退耕地〉QSRB小叶章草甸;草甸沼泽土土壤pH、Eh随着湿地开垦及恢复过程,均呈先升高,再降低的趋势,均与土壤硫酸盐还原菌数量存在线性关系;土壤硫酸盐还原菌数量表现出明显的季节变化,春季硫酸盐还原菌数量最低,而秋季达到最高。

Abstract:Soil pH,redox potential and the quantity of the sulfate-reducing bacteria under different land use in the Sanjiang Plain were determined and analyzed to reveal the effect of wetland reclamation.The results showed that there were bigger amount of sulfate-reducing bactria on 10-30 cm soil depth than that on 0-10 cm.On the same depth,the order of sulfate-reducing bacteria according to the amount from many to less was upland field,abandoned lands and Calamagrostis angustifolia marsh.Associated reclamation of wetland,both of soil pH and redox potential were increased and then decreased after returning farmland.This trend had significant positive correlation with the amount of sulfate-reducing bacteria.A distinct seasonal variation was exhibited from the amount of sulfate-reducing bacteria,which was the lowest in spring and the highest in autumn.
