| Abstract: | The group development strategy of northern port cities around the Bohai Sea such as Tianjin, Dalian and Qindao are investigated emphatically in this paper after summarizing and studying the group development strategy situation of port cities at home and abroad. Then a regional divisional and gradational group development strategy model named "one dragon head, three centers" is provided. |
