广东省短时气象地质灾害预警的实现及意义

摘    要:东南沿海受强对流天气影响,即雨即滑灾害频发,有必要实现短时气象地质灾害预警.基于预警单元的划分,利用实时降雨、气象预报和群测群防点数据,建立归一化方程预警分析模型.并采用Arc-GIS平台,构建"广东省地质灾害预警信息系统".使用广东2009年至2010年地质灾害进行检验,该系统效果良好.

Abstract:Short-time meteorological warning is necessary for the geo-hazards in the southeastern coast prone to frequent landslides with instant rainfalls by severe convective weather.A warning analysis model of normalized equation is established,in which real-time rainfall,weather forecast and data from monitoring & prevention points are used according to the warning unit.Then Arc-GIS platform is used to build Guangdong Geo-hazard Warning Information System.The test with the geo-hazards from 2009 to 2010 in Guangdon...
