贻贝富硒提取物中硒生物活性的初步探讨

摘    要:于1995年11月对贻贝富硒提取物中硒生物活性进行了初步探讨。大鼠按体重随机分为三组,分别饲喂基础饲料、添加亚硒酸钠饲料和贻贝提取物饲料,实验4周后测每组鼠体重并进行代谢实验,收集72h尿及粪,测定硒含量,实验8周后处死大鼠,分析血及肝中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性硒含量。

Abstract:The rats were fed a selenium deficient basal diet but supplemented by selenium with sodium selenite and mussel extract for 8 weeks,respectively.Body weights of the rats were determined and metabolic experiment was conducted after 4 weeks.Urine and feces were collected for 72 hours and their selenium contents were determined.The rats were killed after 8 weeks. Glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px)activity and selenium content in blood and liver were determined. The results showed that GSH Px activity in liver and blood was lower in the rats fed Se deficient basal diet.There were no significant differences in GSH Px activity among the rats fed mussel extract, sodium selenite.Compared with sodium selenite group, the selenium content in blood and liver was significantly higher in rats fed mussel extract.Mussel extract could effectively promote the growth of rats.
