农村地籍调查数据组织方法探讨

地籍调查是以权属调查为核心，查清每一宗土地的位置、权属界线、数量、用途等基本状况，满足土地登记需要。地籍调查是土地登记的前期工作和法定程序之一。地籍调查按调查对象分为城镇地籍调查和农村地籍调查。目前农村地籍调查是在土地利用现状调查过程中同步完成的。农村地籍调查的主要成果是权属界线协议书、集体（国有）土地权属调查表（以下简称“一书一表”）。本文针对“一书一表”自动生成，探讨一种数据采集组织方法，以供参考。

Discussion on the Data Organization of Rural Cadastral Investigation

Cadastral investigation's core is property investigation,to survey every land parcel's basic information,such as location,property boundary,quantity and usage,etc.Cadastral investigation is one of the preparation and legal proceedings of land registration.Cadastral investigation can be divided into urban cadastral investigation and rural cadastral investigation depending on the surveyed object.So far,rural cadastral investigation is carried out in-phased with the present land-use investigation.The main fruits of rural cadastral investigation are property boundary protocol,collective(nationalized) land property investigation table,which are briefly referred to as "one protocol and one table".The paper discussed data organization method for the auto generation of one protocol and one table.
