| 摘 要： | 本文以第5次人口普查以及医疗卫生机构相关数据为基础,运用空间相互作用理论和模型,得到广州市海珠区各街区的公共医疗卫生服务可达性空间分布,并详细分析了医院等级系数对可达性指数的影响,为医疗卫生事业的发展规划提供辅助决策支持。

| Abstract: | Based on 2000 Census and primary hospital physician data and the spatial interactive models,this paper assesses the variation of spatial accessibility to primary hospitals in the Haizhu District of Guangzhou. This method is implemented in a GIS environment.The method considers the interaction between doctors and patients and use distance to measure the spatial barrier between them.Specifically,the paper analyzes the sensitivity of results by experimenting with ranges of threshold rank coefficient in the model.Results from the method reveal details of varying spatial accessibility to health service with finer resolution data.Based on this preliminary case study,we recommend the method for use in improving the designation of health service shortage areas.And also this model may be used to help government to make decision. |
