| 摘 要： | 论述了综合运用计算机扫描处理技术、ＧＩＳ技术、ＣＡＤ技术和常规规划方法，完成衡水市中心区控制性详细规划所遇到的技术问题。提出一些中小城市规划的特点和常见问题的处理方法，并根据城市规划所需空间信息的特性，提出“共生空间单元”的新概念，以便于城市规划管理信息系统的运作。
